We provide a 2 day Nationally Approved Course through Highfield which enables individuals to gain the necessary qualifications to become licenced.
This regulated qualification is ideal for anyone who requires training in conflict management. It is appropriate for a wide range of sectors and is suitable for anyone who has a customer facing role, dealing with service users or the public. It is also a useful qualification for individuals who would like a better understanding of how to prevent conflict situations from arising and who would like to gain more confidence in being able to deal with conflict situations.
Our conflict management course is designed to boost confidence and awareness and highlight the risks of workplace aggression and violence.
We discuss communication skills including body language and various ways to deal with the blocks to communication.
The Course consists of 1 unit which are separately assessed by means of externally set and marked multiple choice question papers.
